lb ground sirloin (or extra-lean beef)
small can of sliced mushrooms
packet of Old Pioneer Mushroom (or Brown) Gravy
cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Form 4 patties from the ground beef and season lightly with salt and pepper. While those are cooking, prepare the gravy as directed on the packaging and add the mushrooms. Clean and chop the onions. To serve, top each of the hamburger patties with the gravy then with a pinch or two of cheese and green onions. I recommend green veggies on the side (peas, green beans, etc.).
