Ingredients
- 1/3 cups red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cups water
- 1 small onion cut in rings
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 2 teaspoons parsley, snipped
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 6-ounce cans mushroom caps

Preparation
Step 1
Bring all ingredients except mushrooms to a boil.
Add 2 6-ounce cans of mushroom caps.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then marinate in the fridge for 12 hours to overnight.
