- 1 C. cubed potatoes
- 1 C. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 C. celery or green pepper-optional
- 2 T. tapioca
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-2 T. beef bullion granules
- 2 C. tomato juice or 1 C. juice + 1 C. water
