Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped plum tomatoes 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onions 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/4 cup
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan 1 1/2 tbsp.
- 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp.
- 1 1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 3/4 tbsp.
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 3/4 tsp.
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard 1/2 tsp.
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes 1/4 tsp.
- 2 oz. (60g.) goat cheese, crumbled 30g.
- 1/8 cup basil 1/16

Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the above ingredients. Cook whatever pasta you like and drain it. Stir the above ingredients in with the warm pasta. Sprinke more crumbled goat cheese on top.
