Portabello Mushroom Fries

Ingredients
- 6 portabello mushrooms
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 2 T parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour onto plate. In seperate plate, mix panko, cheese, parsley, pepper flakes and S/P. Dredge fry-shaped mushroom in flour, then egg, then panko mix. Fry 3-4 minutes until crisp. Drain.
