Fish: Cedar Plank Salmon with Asian Flavors

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 pounds salmon fillets
- cedar plank

Preparation
Step 1
Soak cedar plank for at least one hour, preferably 2, in warm water.
Stir together all ingredients except fish. Pour marinade over salmon and turn to coat 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place cedar planks on grate. They should start to smoke and crackle after 3 minutes. Flip over the planks.
Place salmon on planks (where the skin was facing down). Cover and grill about 13 minutes. It should flake.
