Ingredients
- 15 oz can off VanCamp pork & beans
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3 solidly packed cups flour

Step 1
Spray two loaf pans (9x5x3 in) with Pam.
Pour undrained pork & beans into food processor or blender and process until pureed smooth.
Place beaten eggs in bowl, add beans and mix well. Add sugar, mix; Add vegetable oil, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Add the flour in 1 cup increments, stirring after each addition. Spoon the batter into the two prepared loaf pans.
Bake 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Run the sharp blade of a knife around inside of all four sides of the pan to loosen the bread and tip onto the wire rack. Cool completely then wrap in plastic wrap.
