Ingredients
- provolone cheese
- bag of spinach
- carrot sticks thin
- beef cutlet, or top round steak cut thin
- 1can(28oz) crushed tomato with italian herbs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
(1) place some carrots, spinach, and provalone cheese on top of beef roll up secure with toothpicks or butchers twine. ,
(2) heat non-stick skillet over med. heat add oil
(3) add beef to pan, brown on all sides. 4-5 min.season
with salt and pepper ,remove to plate.
(4) add garlic to skillet and cook for 1min. add tomatoes and oregano.
(5) return beef to pan along with all drippings bring to boil.
(6) lower heat to simmer and cover,simmer for 40 minutes or until beef is tinder.
(7) remove butcher twine or tooth picks from beef.
(8) put sauce over rice or noodles,sprinkle with cheese and serve on a bed of sauce.
