Ingredients

  • 2 # beef, cubed
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups water (with beef bouillon)
  • 5 large carrots (cubed)
  • 7-8 potatoes quartered

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown meat in oil. Add onions and sauté. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle paprika and flour. Pour water slowly and stir. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add carrots and cook 15 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for ½ hour.
