Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Ricotta Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all ingredients except the flour. Then add flour and mix. Add more flour as needed. Roll into ropes and cut with knife. Gently make indent with the tines of a fork ( this helps the sauce cling to the gnocchi).
Cook in boiling water. When they float to the surface wait a minute to have them boil ontop of the water, then scoop out with a slotted spoon or ladle.
Toss with your favorite red spaghetti sauce.
