Simple Seafood Casserole

Ingredients
- 12 oz. shrimp
- 8 oz crab
- 5 oz sauteed mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chives
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tbs dry white wine
- 1/2 cup grated croutons
- parm cheese to coat

Preparation
Step 1
Combine seafood and cooked mushrooms in casserole dish. In medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat, stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in seasoning and wine. Gently stir sauce into seafood mixture. Sprinkle with Parm&croutons. Bake @ 325-350 degrees for 20 minutes. Option to broil for 1-2 minutes to brown top.
