Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup green pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb. velveeta, cubed
- 1 can rotel- undrained
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, celery, pepper, garlic & drain. Stir in cheese, rotel, chili powder & cumin. Cook & stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Top salad w/meat mixture, sour cream & guacamole.
