Peppridge farm stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter
Vermouth & water
Parm Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and butter
Add stuffing
Add water to make soft
Cut up stems and add
Vermouth & water to taste

Stuff Mushrooms

Sprinkle with Parm Cheese

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until brown
