- 1/2 cup plain humus
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped apple (I used Fuji apples)
- 2 tablespoon toasted, sliced almonds
- salt, pepper

1.Combine Greek yoghurt, humus and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well
2.Toss with chicken, celery, apple and almonds
3.Add salt and pepper to taste
