Beef Teriyaki Crisps with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- Steak:
- 1/4 cup fresh OJ
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 teas. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 pound flank steak
- Cooking spray
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 teas. wasabi paste
- 2 teas. rice vinegar
- 24 baked rice crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in bag and marinate steak overnight.
Remove steak and grill to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
Combine mayo, wasabi paste, and vinegar. Mix well. Place a small amount of sauce on each cracker. Add steak and then top with a small amount of remaning sauce. Top with chives.
