Ingredients
- garlic , crushed
- butter, melted
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- med size mushrooms, stems removed
- egg
- parmesan cheese
- parsley
- seasoned croutons
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan,add garlic don't cook for too long. set aside.
Crush croutons to crumbs in a food processor.
Add egg, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and garlic taken from the melted butter and some butter too. till it feels mushy and you can pick it up with your fingers to fill caps. depending on amount..you can add more egg or butter..
Stuff the caps and dip the cap in the butter.
Bake 375* for approx 10-15 minutes and the last 5 minutes add shredded cheese and bake until melted.
