Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 lb ground pork

Step 1
1 In a small bowl, combine the seasonings and sugar.
2 Add to pork in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.
3 Form into patties.
4 Saute the patties over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side.
5 NOTE: If you use real lean pork, you made need to add a touch of olive oil.
