Western Pork Chops

Ingredients

• beer 1 (12-ounce) can
• brown sugar 3 tablespoons
• ketchup 3/4 cup
• pork chops 4
• salt and pepper to taste
• olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil
Season pork chops with salt and pepper
Brown chops on both side
Place chops in a baking dish
Mix together remaining ingredients, pour over chops
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours
Remove cover last 10 minutes

Serve over rice or noddles
