Ingredients

• Spice Rub:
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp salt
• Marinade:
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

For rub, combine all ingredients and rub turkey thoroughly.

For marinade, combine all ingredients and inject turkey with the marinade.
