Ingredients

  • 6 oz linguine
  • 8 ounces chicken
  • (cut in 1” pieces)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 red or yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced in strips
  • 8 oz raw shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta and set aside


Cook chicken half way.
Add vegetables
And shrimp

Add all the rest

When all is cooked,
Put pasta in bowl
Pour Sauce and mix with pasta.
Serve
