Ingredients

    ounces chicken

  • (cut in 1” pieces)

    red or yellow bell peppers

  • ½

    red onion, sliced in strips

    oz raw shrimp, cleaned

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • ¼

    tsp black pepper

  • 1

    cup canned diced tomatoes, with juice

  • ¼

    cup reduced sodium chicken broth

  • 2

    tsp butter

  • 2

    Tbs fresh chopped parsley

Directions

Cook pasta and set aside ‘ Cook chicken half way. Add vegetables And shrimp ‘ Add all the rest When all is cooked, Put pasta in bowl Pour Sauce and mix with pasta. Serve
