Ingredients
- 1 lb. Pork tenderloin
- 6 oz. Black Cherry soda
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. Soy or Worchestshire sauce
- 1/3 c. Plum jam

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and jam in sauce pan over low heat; cook until well combined. Set aside 1/4 cup of mixture for basting, place remaining sauce in a zippered plastic bag with the soda and tenderloin. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Grill at medium-high heat, turning regularly and basting with reserved sauce for about 15-20 minutes.
