Ingredients
- 1 pre-cooked pie shell
- 1 1/2 c canned french fried onions
- 4 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Fill the pie shell with the french fried onions
Beat together the eggs,milk,1/2 c cheese, salt and cayenne
Pour over the onions
Sprinkle 1 c cheese over top
Bake at 325 F for 45 min
Sprinkle 1/2 c onions over and bake another 5-10 min
Let stand 10 min
This is good with beef fondue
