- 3/4 pound Crab (or Crab Substitute) finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup )Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Vermouth or Dry White Wine
- 1/2 Squeezed Lemon or 1 T Lemon Concentrate)
- Pepper to Taste

Mix together. Heat in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until hot. Stir occasionally. Serve with favority crackers
