Ingredients
- 3-4 links italian sausage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- small amt. of finely chopped celery, oregano, parm. cheese
- 1 cup pepperidge farm dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees - bake 20-25 min
Squeeze sausage out of casing and fry w/onions, peppers and celery.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, and parm. cheese to taste
Add dressing and small amt. of water and butter to keep moist.
Take stens off mushrooms and fill with mixture
