Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 12 lg. mushrooms, stemmed
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. pineapple preserves
- 2 T. horseradish
- 1/2 c, apple jelly
- 1 T. dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and stem mushrooms. Fill mushroom caps evenly with cream cheese Precook bacon until partially done. Wrap each mushroom with 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpicks. Arrange mushrooms (cream cheese-side down) on baking sheet Broil until bacon is crisp (1 to 2 minutes). Turn mushrooms over and continue broiling until second side is done-. Yield: 4 to 6 servings Sauce: Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and blend. Sen/e mushrooms hot. passing sauce separately.
Broiling is 3 to 4 minutes.
