White Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 T stick margarine
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 2 T butter flavor granules (I use Butter Buds)
- 3 t reduced-soduim chicken bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 C boiling water
- 1 C skim milk
- pepper to taste
Details
Cooking time 10mins
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, butter buds and bouillon until blended. Gradually add water and milk. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Season with pepper.
