- veal chops, cut out and chop up center
- olive oil
- butter
- veal stock
- arugula
- romaine lettuce
- wide noodles
- poppy seeds

Saute veal in olive oil and butter. Add stock, then greens. Toss with noodles and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
