Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked tri-color curly pasta
  • 6 oz. pkg. Gallo salami, cut in strips
  • 1 green diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. diced mushrooms
  • 3.8 oz. can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 lb. cubed Jack cheese (small cubes)
  • desired amount of Bernstein’s Italian dressing and marinade

Step 1

Tips: Don’t overcook pasta-it should take about 8 minutes. Try 1 C dressing before adding more. Marinate 2-4 hours before serving.
