Granola Bar
Quick and easy to make your own granola bars at home. Switch up the ingredients to your preferences -- try different dried fruits, and a mix of different nuts. Add butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips.

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk "Eagle Brand "
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
- 1/2 cup any kind of nuts or seeds you like
- 1/2 coconut flakes, optional

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix it up and then add the condensed milk ensuring all the dry ingredients are well mixed with the milk.
Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray and spread the gooey granola mixture to the cookie sheet. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 350°F and keep it on the top or middle rack. Remove and let stand 15 minutes, cut into pieces and enjoy!
