A quick and easy recipe for baked tater tots with cheese. Serve with dill pickles on top and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 1 pound ground beef or turkey meat
  • Bacon bits or fried bacon pieces
  • 1 cup 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package 1 package tater tots
  • 1 can 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown the meat and band bacon together in a frying pan.

In a bowl, mix cheese, condensed cheddar cheese soup, and sour cream.

Add browned meat to cheese mixture. Layer bottom of 9x13-inch pan with tater tots and save a few for the top. Pour cheese and meat mixture over tater tots, put extra tater tots on top.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F.

Serve with dill pickles on top and enjoy!
