Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 12 tsp black pepper
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme

Preparation

Step 1

1 Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Place grill rack 5" from coals. Prepare the grill, according to manufacturers directions.

2. Place salmon fillet on double sheet of heavy duty foil, leaving a 6" border. Fold up the edges to make a foil pan.

3. Spread both sides of fillet with margarine. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In small cup mix parsley, garlice, salt paprika and pepper; sprinkle on both sides of fish.

4. Drop Rosemary and thyme sprigs directly onto the coals. Place foil pay containing fillet on grill rack. Cover grill, opening top and bottom flues slightly.

5. Grill fillet, covered, 15-20 min until cooked through and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. To serve, cut fillet into 3 equal pieces

For Broiler:
1 Preheat broiler. Spread both sides with margarine, sprinkle with lemon juice and herbs.

2. Broil for about 5 min or until fish flakes easily with fork.

To Serve cut into 4 pieces
