Ingredients
- Regular:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp. Shortening
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Raisins
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 2/3 cups White Flour
- 1 tsp. Yeast
- Large:
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp. Shortening
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 1/4 cups White Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
- Extra Large:
- 1 2/3 cups Water
- 2 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp. Shortening
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 4 1/4 cups White Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Measure ingredients into baking pan. Insert baking pan securely into baking unit, close lid.
Select appropriate bread setting. Push start button.
The breadmaker will beep 3 times and the display will flash "0:00" when bread is done.
Using oven mitts, remove pan from unit. Remove bread from baking pan (and kneading blade from bread if required). Allow to cool before slicing.
Yield: Makes 1 loaf
