Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 1 lb. assorted fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c dry white wine or Marsala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/4 c chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and garlic. Saute 5 minutes.
2. Add wine, salt and pepper.
3. Cook, stirring often, 4-5 minutes or until wine is reduced by half. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.
4. Add sour cream and parsley, stirring until thoroughly heated. Cover and chill 8 hours, if desired. Serve warm with crostini or in a round bread shell.
