Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
Add chicken stock, garlic, parley and cream. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture thickens and is reduced by half.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Serve over steak, chicken, fish or pork,
