Beef Chili

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell papper, chopped
  • Rotel, hot
  • Diced tomatoes, 2 cans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 envelope chili seasoning
  • salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 T. sugar
  • more chili powder, if desired



Step 1

Brown the meat, adding onions and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes to soften the onions and pepper. Add the chili seasoning and stir well. Add the Rotel, diced tomatoes, black beans and kidney beans. Add sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and more chili powder as desired.
