    (1 oz.) slices French Bread, cubed

  • 3

    T. Mayonnaise

  • 2

    t. Water

  • 1

    t. Lemon Juice

  • ½

    t. grated Lemon rind or (Zest)

  • # White Fish fillets, cut into 1 inch wide stripes

  • Canola Cooking Oil


1. Place the Bread cubes into the Food Processor or Blender so as to produce, fine crumbs. Should take no more than a few seconds to a minute. On an ungreased cookie sheet place the crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place Crumbs in a shallow pan and set aside. 2. In a shallow bowl combine Mayo, Water, Juice, and Rind and mix together. Cut the fish into one inch strips and roll in the Mayo mixture then roll in the crumbs. 3. Spray a cookie sheet with the Canola Oil and place each Coated piece of fish on it. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes or until crispy brown. Enjoy!!!!!!
