Crockpot Freezer Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• Freeze in a bag:
• 1-lb stew meat
• 1-lb sliced baby bella mushrooms
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 1 tablespoon beef stock base
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 cup of water to ingredients, and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream.
Serve with egg noodles or rice.
