Gluten Free Ravioli with Meat Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. ground rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup romano cheese
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 batch @331716 or Gluten Free Wonton Wrappers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Scramble fry the ground beef until cooked through.

2. Add the dry seasonings and gently heat for a few minutes (until you get a nice aroma from all of the herbs).

3. Remove from heat and cool about 10 minutes.

4. Placed cooled meat mixture and cheeses into a food processor or blender. Mix all ingredients until well blended and of a good ravioli consistency.

5. Stuff ravioli pasta or GF wonton wrappers with between 1 tsp. and 1 tbsp. of ravioli meat filling depending on the size of ravioli required.

6. Boil assembled ravioli until pasta is cooked and meat is heated through.
