Ingredients
- 5 lbs. yams
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup melted margerine
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- Topping; 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Step 1
Bake yams at 350o until done,45min.-1 hr. Peel & mash - measure 6 cups. Combine with all other ingredients,put in casserole dish,add topping,cover and bake at 350o for 60-70 min..
