Beef Nacho Pie
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 T taco seasoning
- 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 c crushed nacho flavored tortilla chips, divided
- 1 c (8oz) sour cream
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded Mexican cheese blend
In Lg skillet cook beef & onion over med heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce & taco seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 min.
Meanwhile separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place in greased 9 in pie plate with points toward center. Press onto bottom & up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
Sprinkle 1 c chips over crust. Top with meat mixture. Carefully spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese & remaining chips.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5 min before cutting.
