Ingredients

    tbls olive oil

  • 1

    onion chopped

  • 1

    red bell pepper, chopped

  • 3

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1

    tbl paprika

  • 1

    tsp. crushed dried sage

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp ground back pepper

  • 1

    lb ground turkey

  • 3

    large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2

    cup half - and- half

  • 2

    tbls worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2

    cup bread crumbs

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degree F. Grease an 8 inch loaf pan, set aside 2.Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add paprika,sage, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. 3. Mix turkey, eggs, half and half and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Add the vegetable mixture and bread crumbs. Mix well. 4. Put turkey mixture in loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until browned on top. Let sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
