Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 6 oz whhole portabella mushrooms
- 3 T onion soup mix, divided
- 1/4 Hellmans mayo with olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place in bag: soy sauce, oil, salt. Shake to blend. Discard stems and gills (dark brown layers) from mushrooms; add mushrooms to bag. Seal bag and shake to coat mushrooms; let stand 10 min. (or up to 1 hour) to marinate.
2. Combine 1 T soup mix with mayo; set aside. Combine beef and 2 T soup mix just until blended; from into 4 patties.
3. Place mushrooms on grill; grill 3 min. Add burger to grill. Turn mushrooms; grill 3-4 more min. or until tender. Remove from grill
4. Cut mushrooms into 8 equal slices. Place 2 slices and 2 cheese slices on top of each burger during last minute of grill time to melt cheese.
5. Spread 1 T mayo mixture over buns.
