Ingredients

  • 1-½

    lb. beef, thinly sliced

  • 1

    T. cornstarch

  • 1

    T. sugar

  • 1

    t. soy sauce

  • 2

    t. sherry

  • ¼

    c. oyster sauce

  • 2

    T. salad oil

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • ½

    c. thinly sliced onion

  • 1

    c. Chinese pea pods

Directions

Combine beef, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, sherry, oyster sauce and 1 T. of the oil; marinate for about 20 minutes. In a wok or skillet, heat the remaining oil and brown the garlic. Add meat and onion; stir fry until just cooked. Add peas and cook for another minute. Enjoy!
