Ingredients

  • 1 c. ricotta
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced basil leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 8 oz. rigatoni, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 T. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ricotta, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella, basil, egg, and pepper. Set aside. Toss hot pasta with sauce. Stir in ricotta mixture. Put into 11" X 7" baking dish then sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. mozzarella, bread crumbs, and Parmesan.

Bake covered @ 350* for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
