Ingredients

  • For the dough

  • Corn flour

  • Add water and need

  • Set aside covered

  • For the filling

  • 4

    cups re-fried beans

  • 1/2

    pound ground beaf

  • One

    onion

  • One

    package chilly powder

  • Salt pepper to taste

  • 1/2

    tsp cumin

Directions

Broun the beaf with the onions. Then add the refri beans. Add the chilly powder cumin salt and pepper. Mix well. Make 1/2 inch ball in your hand with the dough, using a tortilla press ( or a plate will do) Putting the ball in between a folded sheet of plastick. Flatten the dough and spoon the filling and press the sides together. Make and cover the empanathas. Pan fry and serve with sour cream and salsa.
