Honey Mustard Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • Shrimp:
  • Wooden Skewers
  • 3 limes cut into 8 wedges
  • 3 lemons cut into 8 wedges
  • 18 large/jumbo shrimp shelled & deveined
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Sweet chili dip:
  • 4 tblsp clear honey
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • pinch crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Skewer the lemons and limes with 2-3 shrimp on each stick. Brush with oil so they don't stick to grill. Sear on BBQ or under broiler until shrimp is cooked. (5-7 minutes)

In a small bowl mix honey, mustard and crushed red pepper. Brush over kebabs and serve.
