Sausage & Biscuits Casserole Bake
This breakfast bake features biscuits, eggs, sausage and cheese making a perfect meal to start the perfect day. Enjoy!
- 1 package Grands Biscuits
- 1 (2.75-ounce) package peppered gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- 1 pound ground sausage, spicy or mild
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease a 13x9-inch pan.
On your stovetop brown the sausage til cooked, and then drain.
Cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces, then place the biscuits in the bottom of your pan.
Add the sausage over the biscuits.
Then add the cheese over the sausage.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs untill thoroughly mixed. Add in salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over the biscuits.
Make gravy according to instructions, and pour over biscuits.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through.
