Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbl. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
  • 1 C (4-oz) Cheddar cheese
  • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring until blended. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon mixture into an 11x7-inch baking dish; sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted French bread rounds.
