Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 4 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 small cans tomato paste

Step 1
In the bottom of a pressure cooker, brown chops on both sides. Remove chops from cooker and place riser in bottom of pan. Return chops to pan. Sprinkle chops with all spices. Top chops with sauerkraut, dumping juices into bottom of cooker. Spread tomato paste evenly over top of sauerkraut. Bring pressure cooker to full pressure and turn down to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Release pressure in cooker by running it under cold water for 3 minutes or until it is clear that pressure has been released. Enjoy!
